I liked the information and enjoyed the presentation. My only suggestion would be to add more slides for the beginning portion. Just listening to the speaker while on the same slide for several minutes, I started to lose interest.

The training was wonderful, I really liked that actual past cases were used to drive points and show examples. I really enjoyed the pace of the presentation as well.
