Our company has had a lot of ADA issues lately so this was a very important course and it was very informative.

The hour and a half time length for webinars by Aurora is honestly a lot. I think it would be better to have a break somewhere in the middle. It might even be worth making webinars two hours with a couple of short breaks in between. I also think that there isn't a lot of time for Q&A at the end. There are always a lot of unanswered/unasked questions from the chat box. Finally, it would be kind of nice to see presenters faces to humanize them and create a sense of connectedness between those hosting/presenting and those of us attending.

too many scenarios and examples with ongoing dialogue from trainer that made it difficult to follow and retain important snippets of information relevant to FMLA and ADA.

I enjoyed this training, however I think there was a lot of material to cover in just 1.5 hours. Maybe make it a 2-part session?
