He is a certified business coach credentialed by the International Coach Federation.

Wes earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and an M.S. in psychology.

I felt like more interaction would have been better. The Kahoot survey portion was enjoyable and many important tidbits were shared in response to the live survey!

The material in some of the slides presented were old (2014 data). The sources where other data came from was not shared, but offered to email directly to get information. Did update one slide from original deck, will that be sent out? The presenter skipped slides due to running over time in hopes of getting back on track.

This was a good course for entry level compensation professionals or non-compensation professionals. It hit on high level content that is important to know but as a seasoned Compensation professional it was pretty superficial. There were way too many slides to get through for the time allotted, so I think cutting down on the slides and providing more depth to the content would have been appropriate.
