He is a certified business coach credentialed by the International Coach Federation.

Wes earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and an M.S. in psychology.

Obviously, the instructor was not aware of the 1.5 hours that was allowed for this webinar. I really enjoyed the session, but time ran out before all 5 behaviors could be thoroughly covered. The presenter covered 3 of the 5, then the last 2 were just slightly touched on and the slides were quickly moved through, which was extremely disappointing to me. I set aside time for this webinar and expected to receive the full presentation. While the webinar was recorded, I do not expect or want to have to go back to listen to it again because of the mix up between the instructor and company on the time that was allotted for this class. Very disappointing.

I loved getting the written toolkit. A lot of webinars are theory, so I liked being able to have a real life guide putting what was learned in the class into practice.
