He is a certified business coach credentialed by the International Coach Federation.

Wes earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and an M.S. in psychology.

The presentation was very informative and the instructor explained policies and procedures thoroughly. I have taken on a new role in onboarding and very much appreciated the thoroughness and suggestions when hiring a candidate and their first days onboard at the company. I would love to receive a copy of the Power Point slides.

I always enjoy this very knowledgeable and entertaining presenter but I hate the whole Kahoot it thing. I do not enjoy learning under a time constraint and I am never clear if the questions asked and correct answers are also included in the PowerPoint.

I did log in to the training about 10 minutes late and when I logged in the instructor was having people log into kahoot which I was having a difficult time with that and may have spent more time trying to get that to work for me than I should have which I wasn't successful at doing so I didn't get to participate in the "quizzes" or questions.

Good presentation overall. I think the use of the survey was a nice touch. I think the time could have been extended to allow for the Q&A which ran longer. Also, While i appreciate the trend data may show things have not dramatically changed in several years, it is not good to quote data from 2015 in a 2021 presentation.
