I left the webinar early as critical item's hit my desk. I was a little frustrated with the "games". I would usually welcome something like that but I was short on time

The title of the program was "Onboarding best practices for Millennials and all employees." Since it specifically called out Millennials, I thought this would be a focus point. But the only mention of Millennials came in a Kahoot question about whether onboarding for Millennials is different. Also, it was mentioned that 54% of jobs in the US could be done from home. But the presentation did not talk about onboarding for remote employees. Our company is now 100% remote and all we do is remote onboardings. I'd recommend more information in this area.

Please do not spend 23 minutes doing a quiz because it makes us run late. I was far more interested in learning the content and not being quizzed on it.

The power presentations need to be updated from 2018 to 2021.

The title is "Onboarding Best Practices for Millennials and All Employees" and then did not discuss anything specific about millennials. I was under the impression this course would be more specific in how to reach that particular group of employees, but the course was much more general. There was very little new information included and it was more of an argument for why you should have onboarding then it was HOW you should do onboarding for millennials.

I wish there had been more updated information on how to effectively onboard employees in the "new normal". A lot of the ideas and suggestions are no longer relevant for a lot of the companies who are now a remote-only company. Overall, was a useful bit of things to think about.
