Wes earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and an M.S. in psychology.

Perhaps incorporate or conduct the training on which tools/websites are most appropriate for each topic and include more tangible content. Ex: Where to go to find a list of standardized and compliant interview questions. The content was a little too general but was a great overview.
