He is a certified business coach credentialed by the International Coach Federation.

Wes earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and an M.S. in psychology.

Time ran out at the end, rushing the important part of the presentation and resulting in not having questions answered. It would've been extremely helpful to talk about how info is tracked and given a resource for that.
