Wes earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and an M.S. in psychology.

Two-hour webinars are too long. One hour is sufficient. It's hard to fit that in my work schedule and to pay attention for that long.

I think two separate courses - one for virtual and one for in person would be appropriate. I would also have appreciated receiving various examples by company size of onboarding shcedules--topics and suggested timing.

This was supposed to be a class about Onboarding Best Practices for Millennials and GenZ. There was nothing specific about these 2 groups, only overall best practices. It was very disappointing since we were specifically looking for tips that focused on these 2 generations.
