Wes earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and an M.S. in psychology.

I would have liked to hear about the relationship between stay interviews and performance management. If managers conducting stay interviews is the goal, how do we balance everyone's time and need for growth with both of these processes. They seem to overlap.

The presentation was very good. What I appreciated most though, was the practicality of the information presented. It wasn't just conceptual, but I came away with real tools to use, which is not something you get from most training of this type.

The materials seemed very outdated and visually immature. I would recommend that you state this training is geared towards entry level HR individuals. Couldn't believe the presenter did not know what skip level interviews are. Could have accomplished the same information in one hour.
