He is a certified business coach credentialed by the International Coach Federation.

Wes earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and an M.S. in psychology.

Great information and a topic that is important to HR staff and supervisors. I would love to see the class geared more towards the new supervisor. Maybe the material separated in two classes; one geared toward HR professionals and one geared toward the new supervisor
