He is a certified business coach credentialed by the International Coach Federation.

Wes earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and an M.S. in psychology.

I appreciate the webinars that Aurora Training Advantage provides to it's members. They are always relevant and full of useful information. The only item that I think that needs improvement is the fact the speakers seem to get side tracked in the first part of their presentation and then rush through the end of the presentation. It would make more sense to have less content that can be completed in the allotted time without rushing.

I was disappointed with the use of the time in this webinar. While the Kahoot surveys can be fun, in a 90 minute webinar, they take up time that could have been devoted to going deeper into some of the subject matter.

I think there was a lot of great information in this training. So much that I think 2 hours would have been better, as I feel like some topics could have used more attention. Also, if the Kahoot had worked, that would have pushed us over on time as well. So I would recommend either removing content, or adding time to fully go into it.
