Wes earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and an M.S. in psychology.

Thoroughly enjoyed this training! I have been trained on this topic previously so it wasn't new information to me but I still found it very useful, relevant and I was encouraged to begin using these techniques more consistently going forward. The presenter was easy to follow, easy to understand, stayed on topic, professional, respectful and overall I would not hesitate to attend future trainings that he presents.

I really struggled with the fact that a main point of the training what to remove the subjectivity of the interview process but yet the rating examples used were completely subjective - may need to update this aspect.
