He is a certified business coach credentialed by the International Coach Federation.

Wes earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and an M.S. in psychology.

I realized that the projects I'm currently working on forced me to already learn most of the information presented on the webinar. That being said I did learn a couple of things, and it reinforced some of the areas I wasn't sure about in terms of direction. I need to go to the next level. That's on me.

He was talking about a point method of evaluating jobs which sounds a lot like the Hay System which we stopped using in 2007. Not sure all his information is up to date.
