He is a certified business coach credentialed by the International Coach Federation.

Wes earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and an M.S. in psychology.

The title of the program was HR 101 - New Managers and Supervisors, I felt the program was geared to New HR generalists. Possibly I misunderstood the title. I thought I was going to learn what basic HR topics I should make sure my new managers and supervisors learned within the first couple months of their new position.

It was a shame that he lost track of the time and thought he was later than he really was. He did skip through towards the end, however overall still a very good presentation with good information.
