Wes earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and an M.S. in psychology.

It was a good overall training but it was mostly entry level. For a company that doesn't have a compensation plan which would be very useful if you don't have a plan in place. I was looking for a training that provides more information on how to update my current plan.

The presentation was very elementary. I was expecting more time to be spent on the "Pay Structure" part of the steps. This was more of a presentation on what you should do, rather than how to do it, which is my biggest frustration with any continuing education.
