    The presenter was extremely knowledgeable and full of useful information. However, had I known this would be pretty much just an audio presentation, I wouldn't have paid for it. The slides included were extremely basic, basically like the titles of chapters. She did not include the majority of the information she spoke of in the materials, so I was disappointed that there were no supplemental notes or sub-bullets to reference later. Another person asked about this at the Q&A. I also asked two questions at the end of the webinar- one was answered in the chat by the presenter, but not sufficiently, and the other one went unanswered altogether even though there were no other questions. Instead the event closed and my question was unacknowledged and unanswered. I definitely won't take another webinar like this again.

    I'm sorry to say I was very disappointed with the webinar. I did not walk away with any additional knowledge and do not feel like the presenter covered the topic as described. I would like to know what the options are for receiving a full refund. We did not gain a general understanding of the overall project management process and common planning tools, like GANTT charts. Specific tools were not discussed and even when asked about it at the end, the presenter did not provide much information. And the speaker spoke very fast and it felt like she was reading behind a screen instead of "presenting" the subject matter. Thoroughly disappointed!

    The information provided was so basic and low level that it was a waste of time for me. Perhaps mention that this is a beginner training for those that have never set up a project before. I was looking for more tips and tricks and lessons learned when project planning.
