    I was very frustrated because the presenter shared the wrong screen and I could not get a message through to the organizer, staff, or presenter. In the end, it was said that 8 minutes were missed. But for me, it was 30 before I was able to see what was happening.

    Marie is an excellent presenter...articulate, knowledgeable, well organized, confident. She as all the right qualities (to my mind) to present courses. However, the challenges that administrative professionals aren't the same as those who are managing construction. I'm assisted project managers, architects and engineers for years and know how companies organize and carry out project estimates, quotes, contracts, schedules, work orders, change orders, RFIs, retention, liability etc. etc. What I was hoping to learn was how to get by-in from people on one's project. Coffee pots are more highly valued than most administrative staff. Seriously. So, I'd like to have seen more on presenting assertively, making ROI cases, and whatever else administrative managers do to get the response and support they need.
