Cynthia Keaton has over 20 years of human resources leadership experience in multiple private and public organizations from start-ups and acquisitions to Fortune 500 companies. Cynthia owns KeatonHR, LLC, which assists companies in building HR capacity. She focuses primarily on improving recruiting, engagement, and retention programs and on supervisor/leadership development. Cynthia has served as VP of HR for John Deere and Volvo heavy equipment dealers and for a life sciences manufacturing company that relocated from the West Coast to South Carolina.

Cynthia holds a master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina.  She has obtained multiple certifications, including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), and Group Benefits Associate (GBA).   

Cynthia has served as a Board member for Trident Technical College Foundation, CPM Federal Credit Union, and SC BIO, all in Charleston, South Carolina.

I tried reaching out to the presenter a few times to let them know the connection was bad. At one point she completely froze. I don't think she saw those messages, though.

It would be helpful to have more time for Q&A. Regarding the sources of market data share, such as Gallup, it would be greatly appreciated if we could have access to the full resource when possible.

The sound dropped out a few times during the presentation. However, I was following along with the slides so not a major issue. Overall I will be implementing much of the information at my organization in the next few months and have already shared the PPT with several people involved in our Onboarding process.
