He is a certified business coach credentialed by the International Coach Federation.

Wes earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and an M.S. in psychology.

The title was obtaining & using criminal records/Ban the Box, so I joined hoping to learn that. I timed the presentation and it took him 55 mins to get to the using portion, everything leading up to it was about obtaining records, and not at all what I wanted, paid for, or needed. Then he ran out of time and the Q&A was not explained well for a robust discussion. Overall, unhappy with this, and will most likely not sign up for more webinars in the future as I don't feel confident I will get what I thought I was paying for.

I wish there was more time at the end of the presentation for questions. It was a fair amount of money not to get time to ask questions.
