Wes earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and an M.S. in psychology.

Online trainings should be interactive rather than a long lecture. The Kahoot quiz was a great way to engage, but polling, brainstorming or other engagement throughout the training would have made it more enjoyable.
