Wes earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and an M.S. in psychology.

The presentation data should be updated. So much has influenced US economy and turnover stats in the last few years, it would be very helpful to note that. I was turned off right away because the presentation seemed dated.

Hi - The topic is timely, the presentation contained good information, however, it was more basic than expected. For someone who is newer to an HR manager role, the material seems appropriate. Perhaps a better description of the target audience in the advertisements could be helpful.

The presenter was extremely knowledgeable, the material was a fountain of valid and very useful information, greatly structured, but he had to rush quite often to stay within the allotted time.
