Wes earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and an M.S. in psychology.

I was disappointed all the statistical data that was presented was so old, from 2004-2014. I don't believe I saw anything quoted within the last 5 years.

Most of the data was from 2014 and 2015. It would be nice to have updated statistics to get a more relevant picture of the current workforce and their motivations, movement, etc.

The presenter had great visual graphs that helped me to understand where he was pulling information from. All of the math involved reinforces why a company like Payscale is helpful as we grow because I don't have access to as much data or time to do this independent analysis
