He is a certified business coach credentialed by the International Coach Federation.

Wes earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and an M.S. in psychology.

I feel the training was way too long. I feel that he could have consolidated things and had the webinar in about 20-30 min. He lost me at the 20-25 min mark - There was good information in there, but I felt there was too much information. If it was more concise, it would have been much more impactful.

Disappointed the data sources were so outdated. 2013 or 2014 etc. I think the concepts were still relevant but it stole some of the thunder.

I checked yes for question 7 but not sure what the "stated prerequisite" are. Would really of like to see a sample of plans/programs for cause programs, helping supervisors become mentors, individual plans, etc.
