He is a certified business coach credentialed by the International Coach Federation.

Wes earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and an M.S. in psychology.

The overall presentation was great, the only reason for my not so positive feedback is the name of the course is misleading. I purchased this course expecting a guide for managers in relation to key HR topics, but it really seemed to be geared towards an entry-level HR employee. The deck is even titled "HR 101" while the webinar event is titled "HR 101 for Managers and Supervisors". I would suggest changing the title of the webinar course.
