Mr. Pruett regularly facilitates employee training related to communication, leadership, DiSCu00ae, coaching and strategic planning. He is a certified business coach credentialed by the International Coach Federation.

Wes earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and an M.S. in psychology.

I liked the use of Kahoot to encourage participation and engagement. Working in HR, I didn't appreciate the few comments made about how managers are busier than HR. I realize may not be the case at every company, but we are extremely busy. Some items we do that may be helpful for others: Manager Bootcamps to update/remind managers on HR items, interviewing skills, conflict resolution, etc., culture surveys, and focus groups (we have done them with manager groups, office based groups, and remote employees). Employees are always happy that we ask them to participate in a focus group and sometimes it's easier to talk about things when it's a group and not one-on-one.

I thought this was one of the better webinars. Presenter added a "survey" test to keep you interested and engaged.

I have to say that this is the best webinar I have attended in several years! The presenter was excellent! He was easy to listen to and had a voice/tone that made you want to listen. He was so fluid in his delivery. I don't think I ever even heard him stammer or say "uh" even once. The slides were excellent and will be helpful when I go back to review them in the days and months ahead. Hope to see his name again on other webinars that you will be offering.
