He is a certified business coach credentialed by the International Coach Federation.

Wes earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and an M.S. in psychology.

It is sometimes very hard to sit and look at a screen for over an hour and half, especially when the content is pretty plain in nature. I would suggest having more than one visual component to the presentation such as a video snippet or something that is more than a direct power point presentation. Also, possible more interactive activities. What is the difference between a live or recorded webinar if there is no interaction?

The C.I.G.A.R. method is great, but the example used (customer not responding to emails) was not a very good example. Would have liked a more meaningful, relatable example

I tried many times to connect audio by phone without success because the given number would not connect. I tried to tell you by chat, but no answer given. Lost audio over the computer's network connection many times. Horrible experience. No learning achieved.
