The slide presentation went out and the presenter was using a different slide than what was original sent to the participants.

presenter was not prepared, kept commenting on it himself. First hour was foundational and nothing new. The last 30 minutes was useful

There were some problems with the Webinar today; Connections issues, really bad sound issues for about the first 30 minutes. The slides appeared to be in the wrong order, and then the presenter Wes Pruett realized he had the wrong program slides running. After that it was a very interesting Webinar. Though I still want to see/hear the correct version as we missed about 30 minutes of it with all of the problems.

I loved the interactive game used in the presentation. This will be a great tool in our organization.

Pruett started the presentation by saying that past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior and that people don't change much. All the recent research I've read out of Harvard (Shawn Achor's research for example) does not suggest that that is true. People do and can change and the environment they come into has a lot to do with whether or not they will be able to be the best version of themselves. I believe in behavior based interviewing - but I don't agree that it should all be behavior based. We have very sophisticated tests now that indicate a lot more than you can get by asking how someone handled a certain situation.
