I try to attend most of David Ringstrom's webinars. He presents the material twice: once with his PowerPoint presentation and the second time demonstrating in excel. He is very helpful and tries to answer all questions.

the pace was too fast and there needs to be a bathroom break when you’ve got an hour and 40 minute training. If you looked away for 30 seconds you would be behind. I was distracted for the last 20 minutes because I needed to use the restroom. Customer service could improve in that regard.

It was a great presentation, but I found the first hour very basic and I was not expecting a class for beginners . Unfortunately I had to leave the meeting early, but I will continue with the recording class to ensure I am not missing the more advance features. I
