I thought that the presentation when too quickly. I would suggest having less information in order to thoroughly go through the points so that the audience can follow better. I find that I am proficient in basic Excel sheet usage, but found that the amount of information flow was too much and would be more effective to have less points covered, but covered more thoroughly. Additionally, I did not find the actual software used to have the webinar helpful. The chat was far too small and the user interface lacked. Why not use Zoom or a software that many of us use on a daily basis?
