This was by far the best Aurora webinar I have attended in months. The presenter crammed a lot of very poignant information and seemed very organized. They also presented in a seamless, easy to follow way. I will likely watch this very same webinar again.

I would like to have learned more about the separation of relationships between peers where one becomes the supervisor of another. For example, how saying certain things could result in bad outcome if the new supervisor has to discipline a former peer.
