Wendy was an excellent presenter. She is very knowledgeable in her field. I could have listened to her all day long. I hope she will present more HR topics for those of us that are new to the HR field. I learned a lot form today's webinar. Thank you!

We didn't really touch on the point of this session. While it's important to learn the basics of what FMLA is and such, we didn't touch much how to audit. The more prepared we can be, the better. It would've been nice to receive tips on how to audit our own files and tips on how to maintain documentation through the year in case of being audited. This wasn't worth $150+ to relearn what FMLA is and where to find the documentation.
